They came to do the full inspection of our HVAC system and performed a thorough inspection with photos and a very detailed list of quoted recommendations. Gary and team were punctual the 3 times they came to our home and their price was very reasonable.

Air Duct Cleaning
in Leander
Air duct cleaning in Leander is not a vacuum held to the register. We open the returns and the supply plenum, photograph what is inside, and clean the full run from the registers to the blower compartment with negative-air equipment and agitation. You see the photos before you see a price, and the price is per line, in writing.
Leander homes experience high summer temperatures, cedar pollen exposure, and dry Texas Hill Country conditions that can contribute to buildup inside ductwork over time. A duct inspection every few years helps maintain consistent airflow, system efficiency, and indoor air quality.
Leander includes a mix of established neighborhoods, ranch-style properties, and newer residential developments. Extended cooling cycles, construction dust, and rural particulate exposure can affect ductwork performance. We regularly service:
- Crystal Falls and Travisso
- Bryson, Mason Hills and Palmera Ridge
- Older streets around Old Town and Bagdad Road
- Ranch properties west of US-183 toward Nameless Road
- New construction across Williamson County
We have worked in 39 Leander homes and businesses. What Leander calls us for most is duct replacement and coil cleaning — that is what shows up on the majority of our Leander invoices.

Air Duct Busters is a family-run crew working out of Marble Falls since 2018, with a second base in Bertram. We have been inside 39 homes and businesses in Leander itself, and more than 870 across Central Texas since we started. The owner, Gary Abdullaev, is a CSIA certified chimney sweep and an HVAC technician, and he is on the trucks, not just on the paperwork.
From our office on US-281 in Marble Falls we take RM 1431 east through Lago Vista and Jonestown, then US-183 north into Leander, about 35 miles and 45 minutes on a normal day. Every Leander visit starts the same way: we open the system, photograph what is actually in it and hand you a written price per line before anything is touched. If the honest answer is that it does not need cleaning, you get that in writing and pay nothing.

What Is Different
About Leander
Leander is one of the fastest-built towns in Texas: most of Crystal Falls, Travisso, Bryson and Palmera Ridge went up after 2015, and a large share of the houses we open there are on their first or second owner. That matters for the ducts. In a new build the HVAC usually runs while drywall is being sanded, with the registers open, and whatever was in the air ends up in the supply lines. The first real cleaning on a five-year-old Leander home often pulls out more than a twenty-year-old one in Marble Falls.
The older part of town around Old Town and Bagdad Road is the opposite case: original ductwork, original return plenums and attics that have been re-insulated once or never. West of US-183 toward Nameless Road the lots get bigger, the houses have more square footage per system, and long attic runs are where we find crushed and disconnected flex.
Getting to Leander From Marble Falls
From our office on US-281 in Marble Falls we take RM 1431 east through Lago Vista and Jonestown, then US-183 north into Leander, about 35 miles and 45 minutes on a normal day. That is why Leander slots are usually mid-morning: the first stop of the day near the office, then the drive. The same route covers Cedar Park, so we stack the two towns on the same day when the schedule allows.
Local Rules and Paperwork
in Leander
Things Leander homeowners ask about that have nothing to do with the cleaning itself, and everything to do with selling, insuring or getting an HOA form approved.
Selling a house in Williamson County
The standard TREC inspection form covers the fireplace, the chimney and the dryer vent. A sweep with a written report before listing saves a negotiation later.
HOA rules in Crystal Falls and Travisso
Anything visible from the street, including a new dryer vent cap or a chimney cap, usually needs a quick architectural approval. We match the existing finish and give you the spec sheet for the form.
Insurance after a chimney fire
Most carriers in Texas ask for a Level 2 inspection and a sweep certificate before they reinstate coverage on the fireplace. Our owner is a CSIA Certified Chimney Sweep and issues both.
Cedar fever season
Late December through February the pollen count around Leander is among the highest in the country. A sealed return and a clean coil make more difference to an allergy household than any filter upgrade.
What We Find in
Leander Homes
Six things the crew photographs most often on Leander inspections. If one of them sounds like your house, the inspection is free and the fix is priced in writing.
Thin or Uneven Attic Insulation
Bare spots, settled blown-in and unsealed can lights are the reason upstairs rooms never cool. We measure the depth on every attic visit.
Dust That Comes Back a Week After Cleaning
Grey fuzz on the registers and the furniture again. The supply lines and the return plenum are holding what the filter never caught.
Odors From the Vents at Start-Up
A musty or stale smell for the first minute of a cycle usually lives on the coil or in the return, not in the room. We photograph it.
A Return Pulling Air From the Attic
An unsealed return plenum draws hot attic air and everything in it straight past the filter. Sealing it is usually cheaper than cleaning the system twice a year.
Construction Dust Left in New Ductwork
Drywall dust and sawdust from the build stay in the plenum and the boots long after handover. A first clean on a new house is usually the dirtiest one it will ever have.
Disconnected or Crushed Attic Ducts
A supply line blowing into the attic or a flattened flex run behind the water heater. Found on the inspection, sealed or replaced on the spot.
One Visit for the
Whole House
Dryer vent, attic and chimney get looked at on the same trip as the ducts. One crew, one truck, one written quote.
Dryer Vent Cleaning in Leander
The number one laundry-room fire risk, and the quickest fix on our schedule. We clear the full run from the dryer to the outside cap, check the routing and the flap, and leave before-and-after photos. Most Leander dryer vents get done on the same visit as the ducts, because lint and dust travel the same paths.
Attic Insulation in Leander
Every attic we open for the ductwork gets its insulation depth measured. Where it is settled, patchy or wet we top it up to a full 14 inches of blown-in, seal the ceiling penetrations underneath and photograph the finished floor. The biggest single lever on a Leander summer electric bill.
Chimney Sweep in Leander
Sweep, inspection and photos of the flue, damper and firebox before you light the first fire of the season. Creosote, cracked tiles and blocked caps are what we find most in Leander fireplaces, and the same crew that cleans the ducts handles the repairs.

Noah took the time to show us photos from inside the vents and ductwork and clearly explained the level of cleaning needed and why. We really appreciated the transparency and education instead of feeling pressured.
Read on GoogleGary inspected the plenum, there was microbial growth in the insulation. The system was replaced 3 years ago but had the original 20 year old plenum. Gary replaced the plenum and installed a scrubber. We haven't had any allergy problems in our new home so far.
Read on GoogleNoah was straight forward and honest with the evaluation of our dryer vent. When he left I knew twice as much about my home and dryer than before he arrived. Very grateful for the peace of mind.

Air Duct Cleaning FAQ
for Leander
Do you offer air duct cleaning in Leander, TX?
Yes. Air duct cleaning is the job we do most in Leander: a free inspection with photos of what is inside first, a written per-line price on the spot, then the cleaning. The same crew handles dryer vents, chimneys and attic insulation.
How much does air duct cleaning cost in Leander?
Air duct cleaning starts at $145 per line, counting every supply line and the returns, and that price already includes sanitising and treatment against microbial growth. A typical house on our route has around eleven lines. Dryer vent cleaning starts at $165, the deep clean at $275, and a chimney sweep at $165. The count and the total are written down after the free inspection and before any work, so there is no coupon price that grows once the crew is in the house.
Why do homes in Leander need duct inspection?
Leander homes experience heavy AC usage, dust exposure, and seasonal allergens that can contribute to buildup inside the ductwork.
Do you service rural and ranch properties?
Yes. We service both residential neighborhoods and larger rural properties throughout Williamson County.
What other services do you offer in Leander?
Air duct repair and installation, dryer vent cleaning, chimney sweep and repair, attic insulation, indoor air quality, water damage inspection, and HVAC repair and maintenance for the system the ducts are connected to.
Is the professional inspection really free?
Yes. We open the system, take photos and hand you a written quote. If it is clean, we say so and you owe nothing.
How do I schedule air duct cleaning in Leander?
Call +1 (737) 299 19 19, book online or leave a number and we call back within the hour, day or night.
