What Our Work Costs

The base prices are on this page, not behind a phone call. Air ducts are priced per line, the inspection is free, and the quote is written down before anything is started.

Base Prices

Current prices for the work we do most. Everything else is quoted from the actual system after the free inspection.

ServicePriceWhat it covers
Inspection of ducts, dryer vent or chimneyFreeWe open the system, photograph what is inside and hand you a written quote. If it is clean we say so and you owe nothing.
Air duct cleaningFrom $145 per linePer supply line and return, not per house. The price includes sanitising and treatment against microbial growth, so there is no second line for it on the quote.
Dryer vent cleaningFrom $165The standard clean: the full run from the dryer to the outside cap, the routing and the flap checked, before-and-after photos.
Dryer vent deep cleaningFrom $275For runs that are long, blocked or have never been cleared. Camera down the line, mechanical agitation, both ends opened.
Chimney sweepFrom $165Sweep and inspection of the flue, damper and firebox, with photographs of the liner before and after.

How the Price
Is Put Together

Per unit, not per house, so a small house is not subsidising a big one.

Why air ducts are priced per line

A three-bedroom house is not the same job as a five-bedroom house with two systems, and a flat price for both means one of them is being overcharged. We count the supply lines and the returns on the inspection, show you the count, and multiply. Eleven lines is typical for a house on our route.

What the duct price already includes

Sanitising, dust removal and treatment against microbial growth are part of the per-line price, not an add-on presented after the crew is in the attic. Registers are cleaned and reinstalled as part of the same line.

What is quoted separately

Repairs and parts are their own lines: a torn or crushed run, a return box that needs rebuilding, a missing flue cap, insulation. You see each of them with a photograph of the thing being quoted before anything is started.

What can move the price

Roof type and vent height on a dryer reroute, the length of a slab or crawl run, attic access, and whether a second system shares the same ductwork. All of it is measured on the free inspection and written down before work begins.

The cheap advertised number that turns into four figures once the crew is in the attic is the oldest trick in this trade. Here is what we do instead.

You see the count before the price

We count the supply lines and the returns with you, so the multiplication is not a mystery.

Photographs before the quote

Every line on the quote points at something we photographed in your house, not at a category on a price list.

Nothing added without your say

If we find something else mid-job we stop and quote it. You decide whether it happens today.

The inspection stays free either way

If the honest answer is that the system does not need cleaning, you get that in writing and pay nothing.

Questions

How much does air duct cleaning cost?

Air duct cleaning starts at $145 per line, counting every supply line and the returns. A typical house on our route has around eleven lines, so most start from $1,450 to $1,750. Sanitising and treatment against microbial growth are included in that price.

How much is dryer vent cleaning?

A standard dryer vent cleaning starts at $165. Where the run is long, blocked or has never been cleared, the deep cleaning starts at $275 and includes a camera run down the line.

How much does a chimney sweep cost?

A chimney sweep starts at $165, which covers the sweep and the inspection of the flue, damper and firebox with photographs before and after.

Is the inspection really free?

Yes. We come out, open the system, photograph what is there and give you a written quote. There is no call-out fee and no obligation, and if the system is clean we tell you so.

Do you charge a trip fee outside Marble Falls?

No. The inspection is free across our service area, from the Highland Lakes to the Austin suburbs. If we have to come back with a part, that trip is not billed either.

Can the price change once you start?

The quote you sign is the price for the work described in it. If we find something else, we stop, photograph it and quote it separately. Nothing gets added to the bill without you seeing it first.
