They came to do the full inspection of our HVAC system and performed a thorough inspection with photos and a very detailed list of quoted recommendations. Gary and team were punctual the 3 times they came to our home and their price was very reasonable.

Signs Your Attic Insulation May Need
Attention
Problems inside your system are not always easy to see. These common signs may indicate that it should be professionally inspected.
Upstairs Never Cools Down
Rooms under the attic stay hot into the evening while the AC runs: the heat is coming through the ceiling.
You Can See the Joists
Insulation below the top of the joists is at half the depth it should be. A Hill Country attic needs 14 inches.
Power Bills Keep Climbing
A summer bill that rises every year with the same thermostat setting usually means settled or missing insulation.
Water Stains or Damp Insulation
A roof leak or an AC drain pan overflow soaks the insulation; it never dries and has to come out.
Droppings or Nests in the Attic
Rodent-contaminated insulation is a health issue, not just a comfort one. Removal and replacement is the fix.
Musty Smell Upstairs
A smell that gets stronger on hot days often comes from old, damp insulation, not the ducts.

Frequently Asked
Questions About Insulation Services
Do you offer free inspections before service?
Yes. Every service starts with a free professional inspection. We open the system, photograph what we find and give you a written price before anything is touched.
Do you have to remove the old insulation?
Not always. If it is clean, dry and simply thin we can top it up. If it has been wet, contaminated, or compressed below the joists, adding on top just seals the problem in.
Why 14 inches?
That is the depth that brings a Central Texas attic to the recommended R-value with blown-in material. We leave depth markers so you can check it yourself.
Do you install spray foam?
No — we install blown-in insulation only. If spray foam is genuinely better for your house, we will tell you.
Do I have to remove the old insulation?
Not always. If it is clean, dry and simply thin, topping it up works. Wet, contaminated or compressed insulation has to come out, otherwise the new layer just traps the problem.
How long does it take?
A typical 2,000 sq ft attic takes one day: removal in the morning, air sealing and new insulation in the afternoon.
Is it messy inside the house?
We run the removal vacuum from the truck and cover the hatch area. You will not have insulation dust in the rooms below.
