They came to do the full inspection of our HVAC system and performed a thorough inspection with photos and a very detailed list of quoted recommendations. Gary and team were punctual the 3 times they came to our home and their price was very reasonable.

Air Duct Cleaning
in Hutto
Air duct cleaning in Hutto is not a vacuum held to the register. We open the returns and the supply plenum, photograph what is inside, and clean the full run from the registers to the blower compartment with negative-air equipment and agitation. You see the photos before you see a price, and the price is per line, in writing.
Hutto homes experience high summer temperatures, cedar pollen exposure, and dry Texas Hill Country conditions that can contribute to buildup inside ductwork over time. A duct inspection every few years helps maintain consistent airflow, system efficiency, and indoor air quality.
Hutto includes a mix of established neighborhoods, ranch-style properties, and newer residential developments. Extended cooling cycles, construction dust, and rural particulate exposure can affect ductwork performance. We regularly service:
- Master-planned communities off US-79
- New construction homes
- Older homes near downtown Hutto
- Two-story homes with attic air handlers
- Properties throughout Williamson County
We have worked in 12 Hutto homes and businesses. Recent Hutto jobs have been dryer vent cleaning.

Air Duct Busters is a family-run crew working out of Marble Falls since 2018, with a second base in Bertram. We have been inside 12 homes and businesses in Hutto itself, and more than 870 across Central Texas since we started. The owner, Gary Abdullaev, is a CSIA certified chimney sweep and an HVAC technician, and he is on the trucks, not just on the paperwork.
Hutto is the far northeast corner of our area, about 65 miles from the office by SH-29 east to Georgetown and then US-79 east, an hour and twenty. Every Hutto visit starts the same way: we open the system, photograph what is actually in it and hand you a written price per line before anything is touched. If the honest answer is that it does not need cleaning, you get that in writing and pay nothing.

What Is Different
About Hutto
Hutto was a cotton town with a few thousand people twenty years ago and is now tens of thousands, which means almost everything we open here is new. Star Ranch, Emory Farms, Creek Bend, Riverwalk and the subdivisions filling in along US-79 and SH-130 are mostly post-2005 construction, two-story, on small lots, with the HVAC installed and running while the houses were still being finished.
That is the whole story of what the crew photographs in Hutto: construction dust in the supply lines, flex that was walked on or pulled loose after the HVAC rough-in, and returns that are small for the square footage they serve. The older streets near downtown are the exception, with original systems and attics that predate current insulation practice. The other Hutto factor is the land: flat, open former farmland with prairie clay, so wind carries field dust and an unsealed attic hatch or platform feeds it straight into the return.
Getting to Hutto From Marble Falls
Hutto is the far northeast corner of our area, about 65 miles from the office by SH-29 east to Georgetown and then US-79 east, an hour and twenty. We book it the same way as Pflugerville, as a half-day rather than a stop between two others, and neighbors who go in together on the same day get the drive spread across the bill instead of paid twice.
Local Rules and Paperwork
in Hutto
Things Hutto homeowners ask about that have nothing to do with the cleaning itself, and everything to do with selling, insuring or getting an HOA form approved.
Selling a house in Williamson County
The TREC report covers the fireplace, the flue and the dryer exhaust on its own lines. On a ten-year-old house the dryer vent is usually the one that has never been touched, and it is the cheapest of the three to clear before listing.
Still inside the builder warranty
Photograph first, clean second. Flex that came apart at a collar and a crushed return are warranty items, and a dated photo set is what gets the builder back out.
Attic access in two-story plans
The upstairs air handler, its pan and its drain line live up there with the ducts. We photograph all of it and tell you if the pan has been wet, which on these houses is a common surprise.
HOA approval in Star Ranch and Emory Farms
Anything visible from the street, a new chimney cap or a dryer vent hood included, goes through architectural review first. We supply the finish and a photo for the form.
What We Find in
Hutto Homes
Six things the crew photographs most often on Hutto inspections. If one of them sounds like your house, the inspection is free and the fix is priced in writing.
Dust That Comes Back a Week After Cleaning
Grey fuzz on the registers and the furniture again. The supply lines and the return plenum are holding what the filter never caught.
Odors From the Vents at Start-Up
A musty or stale smell for the first minute of a cycle usually lives on the coil or in the return, not in the room. We photograph it.
A Return Pulling Air From the Attic
An unsealed return plenum draws hot attic air and everything in it straight past the filter. Sealing it is usually cheaper than cleaning the system twice a year.
Construction Dust Left in New Ductwork
Drywall dust and sawdust from the build stay in the plenum and the boots long after handover. A first clean on a new house is usually the dirtiest one it will ever have.
Disconnected or Crushed Attic Ducts
A supply line blowing into the attic or a flattened flex run behind the water heater. Found on the inspection, sealed or replaced on the spot.
Lint Packed in the Dryer Vent
Clothes take two cycles, the top of the dryer runs hot and the outside flap barely opens. That run gets cleared from the dryer to the cap.
One Visit for the
Whole House
Dryer vent, attic and chimney get looked at on the same trip as the ducts. One crew, one truck, one written quote.
Dryer Vent Cleaning in Hutto
The number one laundry-room fire risk, and the quickest fix on our schedule. We clear the full run from the dryer to the outside cap, check the routing and the flap, and leave before-and-after photos. Most Hutto dryer vents get done on the same visit as the ducts, because lint and dust travel the same paths.
Attic Insulation in Hutto
Every attic we open for the ductwork gets its insulation depth measured. Where it is settled, patchy or wet we top it up to a full 14 inches of blown-in, seal the ceiling penetrations underneath and photograph the finished floor. The biggest single lever on a Hutto summer electric bill.
Chimney Sweep in Hutto
Sweep, inspection and photos of the flue, damper and firebox before you light the first fire of the season. Creosote, cracked tiles and blocked caps are what we find most in Hutto fireplaces, and the same crew that cleans the ducts handles the repairs.

Noah took the time to show us photos from inside the vents and ductwork and clearly explained the level of cleaning needed and why. We really appreciated the transparency and education instead of feeling pressured.
Read on GoogleGary inspected the plenum, there was microbial growth in the insulation. The system was replaced 3 years ago but had the original 20 year old plenum. Gary replaced the plenum and installed a scrubber. We haven't had any allergy problems in our new home so far.
Read on GoogleNoah was straight forward and honest with the evaluation of our dryer vent. When he left I knew twice as much about my home and dryer than before he arrived. Very grateful for the peace of mind.

Air Duct Cleaning FAQ
for Hutto
Do you offer air duct cleaning in Hutto, TX?
Yes. Air duct cleaning is the job we do most in Hutto: a free inspection with photos of what is inside first, a written per-line price on the spot, then the cleaning. The same crew handles dryer vents, chimneys and attic insulation.
How much does air duct cleaning cost in Hutto?
Air duct cleaning starts at $145 per line, counting every supply line and the returns, and that price already includes sanitising and treatment against microbial growth. A typical house on our route has around eleven lines. Dryer vent cleaning starts at $165, the deep clean at $275, and a chimney sweep at $165. The count and the total are written down after the free inspection and before any work, so there is no coupon price that grows once the crew is in the house.
Why do homes in Hutto need duct inspection?
Hutto homes experience heavy AC usage, dust exposure, and seasonal allergens that can contribute to buildup inside the ductwork.
Do you service rural and ranch properties?
Yes. We service both residential neighborhoods and larger rural properties throughout Williamson County.
What other services do you offer in Hutto?
Air duct repair and installation, dryer vent cleaning, chimney sweep and repair, attic insulation, indoor air quality, water damage inspection, and HVAC repair and maintenance for the system the ducts are connected to.
Is the professional inspection really free?
Yes. We open the system, take photos and hand you a written quote. If it is clean, we say so and you owe nothing.
How do I schedule air duct cleaning in Hutto?
Call +1 (737) 299 19 19, book online or leave a number and we call back within the hour, day or night.
