These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the professional HVAC, air duct, dryer vent, and chimney services provided by AirDuctbusters LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By using this website or scheduling services with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

AirDuctbusters LLC provides on-site residential and light commercial services including but not limited to:

HVAC inspection, maintenance, and repair

Air duct inspection and cleaning

Dryer vent inspection and cleaning

Chimney inspection, cleaning, and minor repair

All services begin with a professional on-site inspection unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No work will be performed without customer approval of pricing.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Inspection fees may apply and are non-refundable once performed.

All pricing is provided in writing after inspection.

Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

Additional work not included in the original quote requires written or verbal approval before proceeding.

3. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless financing has been approved through a third-party provider. Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, financing, or other methods approved by the Company. Failure to make payment may result in collection efforts and recovery of reasonable attorney’s fees where permitted by law.

4. Cancellations & Access

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the service area. If access is not provided at the scheduled time, or the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, a cancellation or service fee may apply.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Disclose known system issues or prior repairs

Ensure pets are secured

Provide clear access to HVAC units, vents, chimney areas, and electrical panels

The Company is not responsible for pre-existing structural, mechanical, or hidden defects.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Texas law:

AirDuctbusters LLC is not liable for pre-existing conditions or concealed damage discovered during service.

We are not responsible for issues unrelated to the services performed.

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service performed.

Nothing herein limits liability for gross negligence or fraud.

7. No Guarantee of System Lifespan

While we provide professional services, we do not guarantee:

Future system performance

Elimination of all dust or debris

Extended lifespan of HVAC or chimney systems

Maintenance recommendations are provided for preventative purposes only.

8. Financing

If financing is used, all terms are governed by the third-party financing provider. AirDuctbusters LLC is not responsible for lender decisions or financing terms.

9. Website Use

All website content, including logos, branding, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of AirDuctbusters LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Texas.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
