Recent jobs in Burnet, TX: what we found and what we fixed

What actually happens on a service call is the question people ask before they book, so here is a plain log of recent jobs in Burnet. First names only. The work is described the way it appears on the invoice, without the marketing.

Most of our Burnet calls in this batch were about chimney and fireplace and dryer vent.

These 8 visits run from January 2026 to August 2026. Burnet is 13 miles north of the office on US-281, about 20 minutes, and it is the town we can reach fastest after Marble Falls itself. Same-day appointments are normal here, and if a part is needed we can come back the same afternoon instead of scheduling a second trip. It is also the road we take to Bertram, Liberty Hill and Georgetown, so a Burnet job often opens the day. Air duct cleaning starts at $145 per line with sanitising included, dryer vent cleaning at $165 and a chimney sweep at $165, so you can read the jobs below against the actual price list rather than guessing.

They came to do the full inspection of our HVAC system and performed a thorough inspection with photos and a very detailed list of quoted recommendations. Gary and team were punctual the 3 times they came to our home and their price was very reasonable.

Noah took the time to show us photos from inside the vents and ductwork and clearly explained the level of cleaning needed and why. We really appreciated the transparency and education instead of feeling pressured.

Gary inspected the plenum, there was microbial growth in the insulation. The system was replaced 3 years ago but had the original 20 year old plenum. Gary replaced the plenum and installed a scrubber. We haven't had any allergy problems in our new home so far.

Noah was straight forward and honest with the evaluation of our dryer vent. When he left I knew twice as much about my home and dryer than before he arrived. Very grateful for the peace of mind.
